pTELE: Used for remote instruction, professional development and operations, Cisco Telepresence is being deployed at each high school and the Digital Learning Center for the Gifted.

Technology Operations Center: Expansion of technology has grown dramatically in PVUSD.  From resources for traditional classrooms, digital centers, online schooling, extensions of classwork, and overall operations, technology is a significant component.  Towards that end, a new Technology Operations Center (TOC) goes "live" in early 2010. 

pvCAST: Partly derived by the need for students and teachers to have a central storage and delivery for multimedia content.  And, partly to fulfill the Board Policy on Intellectual Property, pvCAST was created.  Through proper training, every teacher and student can upload and then link to their content.  Details...

Media Centers:  The IT Department was directed to work with Library Media Centers to help modernize and provide consistent curriculum.  LMCs and the IT Department are accomplishing this by embracing both traditional and emerging literacies and skills.
