To support self-directed learning and site-based advocacy, the department advocates the "try three before me" concept.  Have you tried a colleague or two?  Have you considered asking a GenYes student?  Have you contacted your Media Center?  Have you contacted your STS?  Have you tried to access our pCHAT online and remote support (see right sidebar)?

However, if you have a problem that you just can't solve, feel free to enter a "ticket" at, http://ticket.pvschools.net.  You will use your username and external password to access your account.  Information entered in "ticket", routes the issue to the correct support person/group for resolution.  A help guide is provided on the "ticket" site.

If you know the problem is a high priority, please contact our 7am to 7pm, 7 days a week, Help Desk at 602-449-2340.  Our goal with the Help Desk is to answer and attempt to immediately resolve high priority tickets.  However, it is possible that a voice mail is required - please leave it and we should return the call within an hour.  We really want to help - thank you and enjoy life.....
