To support self-directed learning and development, we'd like you to embrace the "try three before me" concept.  Have you tried a colleague or two?  Have you considered asking a GenYes student?  Have you contacted your STR?  Have you contacted your STS?  Have you tried to access our pCHAT online and remote support (see left sidebar)?

If you've tried the above, and you're still stuck, or you know this is a high priority problem, please contact our 7am to 7pm, 7 days a week, Help Desk at 602-449-2340.  Our goal with the Help Desk is to answer and attempt to immediately resolve all issues, or if we're busy at the time of your call, please leave a call back number and we will return your call within one hour.  Thank you and enjoy life.....
